In 1680, the indigenous Pueblo people of Santa Fe revolted against their Spanish colonizers. Ceramicist, graphic artist, and fashion designer Virgil Ortiz, who works and lives in Cochiti Pueblo, New Mexico, has projected the struggle into the future with graphic murals and ceramic figures.
