For 27 years the historic town of Paso Robles in Central California’s wine country has celebrated professional Western artists. The featured artist for this year’s event is sculptor Vel Miller, who will be among more than 50 artists displaying all new artworks ranging from paintings and sculpture to wood, glass, and mixed media.
