There’s been no shortage of pretty spaces on the pages of C&I this past year.
What a gig. What a treat. What did I do to deserve this task? Picking our favorite interiors from a line-up of country retreats, mountain getaways, summer lake houses, and Western vacation homes is a cush job, and someone has to do it, and that person is lucky, lucky me.
Throughout the year, I scour the residential projects and portfolios of architects, builders, and designers, hoping to find something fabulous to feature in the home interiors section of each issue. I’ve found that fabulous comes in all shapes and sizes, from Cor-Ten steel furnishings to museum-worthy art collections to vistas that capture the spirit of the American West.
Enjoy the spaces—and places, from California to Colorado and Texas to the Grant Tetons—that made our 2018 a year for fabulous interior design out West.
